Customer Reviews
Consistently good experience
I've ordered from CityRow a few times now, mainly for app subscriptions and a rower mat. This last time I got the phone mount and some replacement water purification tablets. Everything arrived quickly, just like my previous orders. It's nice knowing I can count on them for reliable products and fast shipping. That consistency is why I keep coming back.
Good value on Max Rower
I finally decided to get the Max Rower during their holiday sale, and it felt like a solid investment. I'd been eyeing it for a while, comparing it to a few others, and the $400 off really sealed the deal for me. The total body fitness program access helped too. Shipping was pretty quick, about a week, and assembly wasn't too bad. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal on quality equipment, which is what I was looking for.
Love my new rower!
I just got my CityRow Max Rower, and it's incredible! I've been doing the live rowing classes, and the instructors are so motivating. The machine itself is super smooth, and the quality is just fantastic. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm already seeing a difference in my workouts. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just go for it. I'm telling everyone about this!
Easy to set up
So I bought the Classic Rower last month, and it was pretty straightforward. Got it delivered, and putting it together wasn't a headache at all. Started with the on-demand rowing workouts right away. The app just connected seamlessly, which was a relief. Felt good about the purchase, no fuss, no drama.

Anyone tried to return a rower? Just wondering what the process is like if it doesn't work out for some reason.
what's the deal with their free trial for the app? is it 14 days or longer?
Does CityRow ever do Black Friday sales? Or should I just buy now if I'm ready?
Considering CityRow versus Hydrow. Is CityRow actually worth it compared to something like Peloton for full body workouts?
Is the Max Rower really that much better than the Classic, or is it just marginal improvements? Trying to decide if the extra cost is worth it.
